Speaking of Harvey’s contributions to the culinary world, we were talking in the chat room after last week’s podcast and everyone agreed that he has summed up the coming economy very well with the technology he has been predicting: the sandwich printer.

    Considering how low the bar has become for YouTube videos, I guess 7 minutes of a pickle plate is as entertaining as any of it.

    Made me think of machine learning – training for hours zooming in on all kinds of minutiae.

    Then it made me think of digital resurrection. At least in the post-singularity world there will be incredibly detailed pickle-plates thanks to this video. Maybe I should be making video of my favorite sandwiches…
