No, I haven&#039;t quite reached it yet. If I lose 50 more pounds I&#039;ll be at 197, which might actually be thinner than I want to be. I have a large frame and I&#039;ve been trying to build muscle mass. So my immediate goal is to lose 30 more pounds and then assess where I need to go from there.

Great idea on the refresher. I&#039;ll do a review of the first six months in my next installment.]]></description>
