		<description><![CDATA[Guess I&#039;m just old fashioned, guys. I&#039;ve got my treadmill set up in fron of the TV.

Not only that, I watch almost exclusively old movies that I&#039;ve Tivo&#039;d from AMC, TCM, or FMC. And the treadmill isn&#039;t even powered...it&#039;s manual.

Looks like I&#039;m nothing but a Luddite. Except for the Tivo part.

Oh, yeah, and the blogging about it part.]]></description>

I did a similar thing with my eliptical trainer.  I made a homemade podium that holds the laptop at eye level.  I don&#039;t use it to surf - I suppose I could but I&#039;m going faster than 1 or 2 mph - I listen to Napster.

Maybe these fitness companies should take note and give us a built in platform for laptops]]></description>

Set the speed to a slow walk, and do your daily surfing while you stroll along. My treadmill computer tells me that at 1 mph I&#039;m using about 200 calories per hour, and I never break a sweat. Plus it&#039;s a lot healthier than sitting on my fat as* while reading your site.
