The black sky video is of a group of flares dropped from an aircraft; I’ve seen them before at military maneuvering and gunnery ranges. Sensationalism at its lowest.

I chose “Other Phenomena.” I think the most likely explanation is balloons, but not necessarily weather balloons. That may be the type of balloon, but I don’t think they’re being launched for weather detection. I think someone is launching balloons as a hoax.
