Everyone can vote.. Not just US residents. Every blog-site reported this wrong.

In the final voting it’s essential that blogs report clearly that everyone can vote. It would probably easily double the current votes.

(And everyone should have a secondary email-address which can be posted to internet without spamming-worries.)

I’ve had an American Express online account for years, and I’ve never known them to open up my information for spammers. (I don’t even get messages from them.)

But even if you do have to filter out some unwanted marketing messages — which I don’t think you will — it seems to me that the cause is worth the trouble.
