Awhile back the silly putty people had an anniversary for their product.  Could have been 50 years.  Anyway, they pull out a big block of one of the original batches and divided it up into eggs and sold it at a premium.

Bottom line: silly putty doesn&#039;t harden or lose its silly puttyness over time.  1000 years from now, there&#039;s a fair chance it will still be silly putty.

Also: The silly putty people have apparently mastered the art of dividing big blocks of silly putty.  :-)]]></description>
