Recently my kid brother celebrated his 30th birthday.  His cake had the grim reaper on it with the comment &quot;Don&#039;t worry, I&#039;m just here for the cake.&quot;

As people were kidding around with him about that milestone I reflected that, soon enough, I&#039;ll be exiting my 30s.

And that&#039;s not too bad actually.  I guess it&#039;s because I haven&#039;t wasted the time so far, there&#039;s room for improvement but I&#039;m happy with my life right now, and I&#039;m excited about the future.

Age wouldn&#039;t be much of an issue if it weren&#039;t for diminishing health as the years go by.  

But we&#039;re hopeful that will change too.]]></description>
